WorldTracker GPRS

The WorldTracker GPRS is a self-contained complete hardware and software package small enough to fit in the palm of your hand. When placed with packages, vehicles, or personnel, the WorldTracker GPRS provides detailed reports of routes traveled for quality-control and security purposes. Featuring SiRF star III technology, the system is extra sensitive reception outdoors, indoors and through metal. A WAAS enabled receiver provides GPS signal corrections giving, on the average, five times better position accuracy. This WAAS-capable receiver can give you a position accuracy of better than 10 feet 95 percent of the time. WorldTracker GPRS provides real-time navigation in urban canyons as well as high sensitivity acquisition needed for indoor use.

The parking and anti-thief function is enabled by pressing the “parking button”. If your vehicle has been moved 300 feet, the WorldTracker will send messages to pre-set phone numbers to warn you of the movement.

The Tracker can operate for five (5) continuous days, tracking on a single battery charge. Track the unit in real time from any computer or cell phone from anywhere in the world. It also features Geo-fencing, and speed alerts, which let you know if your package, pet, child, or vehicle enters or leaves a pre-set area.

Faster Fix Times, Pinpoint Accuracy
When turned on, the WorldTracker GPRS determines its location by connecting the GPS satellites and triangulating an exact location to within 10 feet.

High Sensitivity, Unmatched Dependability
The SiRF star III chipset is better at holding a signal in low signal areas such as traveling in a downtown area where there are sky scrapers, or dense tree cover. The chipset can track signals down to -159 dBm, and has 200,000 correlations; most other chipsets have only a few thousand.

Longer Battery Life
The SiRF star III chipset is also very efficient, which means low power draw and longer battery life. Using an external battery case, you can extend the life of the WorldTracker GPRS by as much as 90 days.

Users can view and print out reports containing street addresses, set reporting options, create geo-fences, and much more. Using the latest technology available from Google and Digital Mapping, mapping goes down to street level, you can see cars, buses and the exact physical location where your vehicle is. Users can instantly switch to a variety of different map types.
