The Lorex QLR0440 is a cost effective PC based video capture card that integrates high quality video recording with an easy to use graphical user interface. It's suitable for entry to mid level applications where local and remote internet viewing is desired

The provided application software allows you to individually set and configure each camera’s settings to your specific requirements and easily identify how much hard disk space has been utilized and is available. Use the calendar to ‘look up' when events or motion occurred, or see the entire list of alarm and scheduled events and easily identify the time and camera location. The software also affords you the capability to manually record or have the system automatically record video when motion is detected using point and click simplicity.

With the Lorex QLR0440 you will be able to use your PC to view and manage up to 4 security cameras. By using your existing computer and monitor to view and record cameras, you save yourself the need to purchase additional costly equipment like a video monitor, DVR or switcher. Once the PCI board and software are installed, your PC will become a video server allowing you to view cameras from any remote Internet location. For expansion purposes, two of these boards can be installed in one PC, allowing up to 8 cameras to be monitored locally or across the network.
