This Lorex 4-Channel Security DVR offers plenty of storage capacity with an included 80GB internal hard drive, which can be replaced by a larger drive of up to 250GB. You can also add an extra 250GB hard drive via the removable cartridge. A variety of recording modes and playback choices provide the control required to document important events and emergency situations.

This Surveillance DVR easily connects to a compatible monitor and camera combination to maintain a secure, professional environment. Set-up and operation is quick and easy with a user friendly control panel and remote control unit, making this Security DVR a excellent chioce for either home or office surveillance appications.

The Lorex L164-81 DVR displays clear Motion-JPEG images, with various recording formats,( up to 30 frames per second), to maximize recording time. Select from three recording quality levels to capture the picture quality, recording time length, motion speed, and screen displays.

Additional features include password security protection, built-in video motion detection, and a built-in buzzer for alarm detection. Connect up to four sensor inputs to trigger recording upon an alarm. Even video images made by a VCR can be copied by connecting the VCR to this DVR's TV loop-out connector.
