The DVR-1600HP has a built in web server for remote network access, which can ben set to several different compression modes. It has triplex operation capabilities, which provides the capability of viewing live feed, recording events and playing back video simultaneously. Plus it includes a CD/DVD burner, allowing you to burn what you record to CD or DVD to keep a video archive offline.

The DVR-1600HP utilizes MPEG-4 compression for high speed network transmission and better storage rates. Its built-in web server eliminates the need for special software installation .
