Returns Policy:
If you're not satisfied with your video surveillance purchase, simply notify us by email and we'll immediately issue a Return Goods Authorization Number. All returns require this number before they will be accepted by the warehouse. The RGA numbers are effective for 30 days only. Make sure to place this number prominently and clearly on the outside of the carton. DO NOT write the RGA number on the original product package. This will make the merchandise ineligible for resale. All merchandise must be returned freight PREPAID. However, replacements for defective merchandise returned to us within 30 days will be mailed back to you without your incurring any additional freight expense. Do not dispose of the box or any packaging materials until you have inspected your purchase and are satisfied with the product.  

All other video surveillance system (not nanny cam/hidden cameras/pocket dvrs)non-defective returns will be assessed a 20% restocking fee, plus original freight charges, within 30 days of receipt and will only be accepted in resaleable condition, with all original packaging.  Note: merchandise returned with missing items are not eligible for a refund. Items showing obvious signs of misuse, consumer abuse, or commercial use are not eligible for return. Additional fees may apply if not returned in original packaging.  After 30 days, defective products must be returned to the manufacturer, under the specific warranty allowances.

Please allow us 5-10 business days from the time we receive the merchandise to process your return. Keep in mind, credit card companies vary in the time they take to post credits.

Unfortunately, we've been forced to implement this policy due to the attraction of our products by unscrupulous individuals who return products after they have profited or gained from their short term use.

Returns will not be accepted after 30 days of receipt date, regardless of reason.

It is the responsibility of the Buyer, and not the Seller, to have knowledge of, obey, and comply with all applicable Local, State, Province, and Country Laws and regulations in regard to the purchasing, possession, and use from any and all items from us and our website, Vigilance and Security

By placing an order with us, the buyer confirms and agrees that he/she has read all of the policies on this page, and understands its contents, and agrees to all that is stated. The buyer also agrees that under no circumstances will the buyer or user hold DL Consultants, LLC and/or Vigilance and Security or any other concerned affiliate, agent, or associate liable for loss, damages, or injuries including any circumstances arising out of the use, misuse, or malfunction of these products they represent.
