Standard Ground freight will be prepaid on all orders shipped within the continent of the United States.

Damages in shipping are the responsibility of the carrier once the shipment is released from our warehouse. You must make damage claims as soon as detected. Damage claims must be made to the carrier within
10 days of receipt. Save all boxes and packing material. All shipping/pricing discrepancies must be reported within 5 days of receipt of order.

Returns Policy:
If you're not satisfied with your video surveillance purchase, simply notify us by email and we'll issue a Return Goods Authorization Number as soon as possible. All returns require this number before they will be accepted by the warehouse. The RGA numbers are effective for 30 days only. Make sure to place this number prominently and clearly on the outside of the carton. DO NOT write the RGA number on the original product package. Unfortunately, due to the nature of our nanny cam/hidden camera, and pocket dvr products (one time evidence gathering), we accept returns on defective merchandise only for 'replacement' or 'repair' only (at our discretion), under warranty for the particular hidden camera. We've been forced to implement this policy due to the attraction of our products by unscrupulous individuals who return products after they have profited or gained from their short term use.

All merchandise must be returned freight PREPAID. However, replacements for defective merchandise returned to us within 30 days will be mailed back to you without your incurring any additional freight expense. Do not dispose of the box or any packaging materials until you have inspected your purchase, are satisfied with the product, and/or the warranty date is passed.  

If you placed your order with a credit card, the credit will be applied to your account and usually appears on your card statement within one billing cycle from the time we process your return. Keep in mind, credit card companies vary in the time they take to post credits.
